Arsenal was reported to have been able to consider the future of Alexandre Lacazette after the striker was caught inhaling nitrous oxide for the second time in less than two years.
Lacazette was warned of a similar occurrence 18 months earlier and is now facing more disciplinary action following his most recent transgression.
