There were apparently many asymptomatic old cases for coronavirus at Barcelona. They have now been detected in the first phase of serological research.
Five Barça players and two Technical Team members carried the coronavirus in their day, according to RAC1. But now they are fully eligible to return to competition.
Just a few weeks ago, Barça confirmed in the first PCR check that nobody had tested positive.
Moreover, on Monday, June 1, the Barça squad will train again in groups of up to 14 players, with the first club doing so. This can be attributed to the versatility of the Superior Sports Council sanitary policy.
Meanwhile, while the Health Minister Salvador Illa will meet electronically with Leo Messi, Sergio Ramos, Koke and Parejo this Tuesday morning. Illa needs to learn firsthand the experiences of the captains of the four clubs- Barça, Real Madrid, Atlético de Madrid and Valencia- with nine days left before the return of football to Spain.
Still on Barça news, Leo Messi remains at Barça for at least one more year. The Argentine has missed the chance this summer to leave for free at some other club.
The clause specifying this in his contract expired on Sunday, May 31, although Barça was persuaded of the continuity of Messi. Now the job is to renew it, as his contract will expire next year in June.
