Rafinha Alcantara, talented mifielder, has recently been told by Barcelona have told midfielder, that there are plans to sell him permanently for a fee of €16m.
27-year-old Rafinha, currently on loan at Celta de Vigo, will be made to severe ties with Barcelona next season onward, according El Mundo Deportivo.
He is on a season long loan deal at Celta from the Camp Nou, where he made 90 first-team appearances. Also, he has been linked with a return to Inter, where he spent the second half of the 2017/18 campaign on loan.
