The cannabis company Swissx is already in negotiations with Premier League side Everton about an deal to let his brand taking over as the primary sponsor of the club’s kit.
This is only days after the billionaire announced that he had talked to Barcelona over naming rights for Camp Nou. Swissx CEO Alki David has now announced that he has started agreements with Everton to get his brand represented on the team’s jerseys front:
“So now we’re working with Everton to take their shirt over. They have contacted me and even proposed prototypes in blue with the whole Swissx emblem, which I’m not sure about but it should look cool.”
“I’m not walking away from Barca, I’m leaving the door wide open,” David told Insider in an interview. “When I first came to England, Man Utd and Liverpool were both sponsored and everybody was purple. Moreover, I liked blue and I liked the slogan so arbitrarily I picked Everton to support. Yeah, it’s kind of a magic going around.”
