Gael Clichy notes and Arsenal still “concede goals for pleasure”. This is because the Gunners even today maintains the potential to “score four goals in 10 minutes”.
Former France international Clichy, who spent eight years with the Gunners between 2003 and 2011, said to Premier League Productions: “They have the consistency still today to score four goals in ten minutes.”
He continued, “Don’t ask me why Arsenal was willing to do so every time, but still now they would surrender goals for pleasure.”
The Gunners have indeed been famous for their ideals of ball-playing and love for football attacks.
