Despite being linked to the likes of Jadon Sancho and Timo Werner, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has maintained that he is currently happy with the group of players at his disposal.
According to beIN Sports, the German said, “Sadio Mane is young enough and Mo Salah is young enough to be in the team for the next few years. I’m very pleased with the boys I have, but I never worried of the others.”
After doing little business in the last three windows, Liverpool was advised to be involved when the next chance emerges to buy new players. Klopp, however, maintained he was “absolutely satisfied” with his first team:
“When I am at a club then I work with the players I have, I don’t dream about other players. If we can get one of them in the future, we will see, but we will make the best of the situation we have.”
Liverpool currently sits 25 points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
