In the battle to get Rennes defensive Faitout Maouassa Manchester United are expected to struggle with Newcastle, The Sun reports.
The dynamic left-back excelled this season for his ambitious French club, helping them to take third place in Ligue 1. This season Maouassa scored 3 goals in 32 appearances for Rennes. The 21-year-old can also act as a left winger or on the left side of the midfield-fittingly for a player.
