Arsenal is reportedly contemplating a summer move of Real Madrid Eder Militao.
According to reports in Spain, Arsenal is keeping a close eye on developments as they weigh up a bid during this summer’s transfer window.
The 22-year-old from Porto joined Los Blancos in a big-money move last summer but found it difficult to make his mark at Bernabeu, with just 13 appearances in all competitions. Madrid reportedly told the international of Brazil that he will not be sold before the 2020-21 campaign, but the head coach of the Spanish team, Zinedine Zidane, is said to have been unaffected by the defenseman’s success this term.
In related news, France Under-20 international William Saliba is set to formally move to the Emirates Stadium ahead of next season, having spent the entire loan period with Saint-Etienne. The Gunners are supposed to be on the lookout for at least one center-back, though Militao appears to have been reported as a potential arrival in North London.
