Taking to Instagram, Paris Saint-Germain Superstar Neymar proved that he shouldn’t quit the day job when he showed off his piano playing skills.
The 28-year-old showed glimpses of two songs he learned inside his £7million manor house. Apparently, during the home quarantine imposed by the coronavirus pandemic, he had plenty of time to practice on his stunning white piano.
Midway through March, Neymar flew to Brazil so he could hole up in his 7-million-pound luxury house in Mangaratiba Resort.
The Brazilian ace is comfortable at his home which boasts of a number of essential elements of self-isolation-like a gym, tennis court, sauna, massage room, spa and jacuzzi. There is also an underground cellar with space for 3,000 bottles of wine, if the rest is not enough. His house is fit for a king and if he gets bored playing the piano, he has plenty of activities on offer.
But he’s already admitted how he suffers from anxiety without football, despite the staggering amenities on offer.
He said to Sport: “Not knowing when we’ll be back causes anxiety. I really miss playing, competing, the club vibe, my teammates from PSG. I really miss football. I’m sure people want to see us all on the field as soon as possible. I hope that decision comes as quickly as possible.”
Neymar could be seen moving back to the former Barcelona club in the summer as the side of LaLiga looked at a sensational return.
He left the Nou Camp for PSG back in 2017, in a controversial £198 m switch. Barca pushed hard to try to make it happen last summer, but having already spent a great deal on Antoine Griezmann, a package could not be agreed by club chiefs. However, with Neymar reportedly eager to go back to Spain, the club is encouraged to make another switch for the forward.
