Arjen Robben has named former Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola as the best coach in the world. He even calls the Catalan a “master of offensive football”.
Robben asserts that the two of them had the same philosophy on how to approach the offensive position.
“I love football and, above all, offensive football – and Pep is a master at it.” he told magazine Socrates. “He concentrated on attack and absolute ball control. I particularly enjoyed that of course. We were on the same line.”
Robben thinks Guardiola is the person who helped him get the best out of it, “He made sure I was more detailed. For me Pep is the world’s greatest coach. The three years at Munich with him have been extremely informative.”
