states that Juventus is thinking up a bid for Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi. Juve is interested in getting the 27-year-old back to Serie A next season, but on certain conditions.
First, Juvetus will bid for Icardi only if Paris Saint-Germain signs him permanently first. Juventus needs PSG to take advantage of the £57m opportunity to pick Icardi on a full-time basis, before negotiating terms with the French club on a potential trade contract.
Secondly, they do not plan to bargain with Inter’s rivals, like Altetico Madrid.
Furthermore, the report indicates that Miralem Pjanic and Alex Sandro will be offered champions of the Ligue 1 in exchange for Icardi, who has emerged as a priority for Atletico Madrid.
Icardi spent the 2019-20 season on the PSG loan after falling out with Inter, scoring 12 goals in his Ligue 1 time. As of now, Juventus may just secure Icardi if they move forward in this direction with strategy.
