India vs South Africa: In the second over of the first T20I between India and South Africa, Arshdeep Singh claimed the wickets of Quinton de Kock, Rilee Rossouw, and David Miller.
In a spectacular bowling display, Arshdeep Singh broke the Proteas top order by returning to India’s colours by returning three South African batters in the span of one over. In the first T20I at Thiruvananthapuram, Arshdeep entered the field to deliver the second over of the innings after Deepak Chahar had already given India a strong start by sending back skipper Temba Bavuma.
On the second ball of the over, he first got rid of the dangerous Quinton de Kock while the keeper-batter continued to bat for one.
On his fifth ball, he bowled a terrific away swinger to Rilee Rossouw. The left-handed player played a drive away from his body and managed to get a thin edge, which Rishabh Pant grabbed.
On the subsequent delivery, he thoroughly misled David Miller, clean bowling the seasoned hitter and leaving the tourists panting for air.
