Hewett remarked of Reid being both a teammate and a rival, “There’s no tension at all – this isn’t a new area for us.”
“To be honest, we enjoy it, and when we play against one other, it produces some fantastic tennis because we probably know each other’s game better than anyone else on the tour.”
“I know where he’s going, and he knows where I’m going.” In the end, it’s almost like a game of bluff.”
