English titles: On July 1, Ben Whittaker will get back to activity in the wake of stunning in Birmingham with a unique ring walk, crazy showing-off, and a wonderful presentation of expertise and power.
The Olympic silver medalist will box next, against Chris Eubank Jr. at the AO Arena in Manchester.
He revealed to Sky Sports News, “I’m excited to get back in the ring.” I took care of business quite effectively [on Saturday] as everyone has seen so fortunately that permits me to return to preparing and get back in the ring at the earliest opportunity.
“I assured you that I could bring the glitz and glamour. Now, I’ll have to try to beat this ring walk!
“Ensure you’re there, purchase your tickets and watch me live in the tissue by and by.”
Whittaker is eager to move quickly and is ambitious. He has fought professionally three times, each for six rounds (though only one of them has been extended).
The man from Darlaston is eager to continue fighting and begin competing for titles.
He stated to Sky Sports, “The faster I can go up in adjustments, the more I can separate them, the more I can begin harming them because the six rounds are still a piece quick, it’s a piece like a more extended novice battle.”
“At the point when you get into the eights, tens, and twelves, the speed dials back, and fighters come in to separate their rivals in these rounds, as confirmed by the late-round stoppages.
“Whenever is an optimal chance to push ahead, I’m ready considering the way that as I said, I’m doing the 12 rounds [in sparring] at this point.”
Whittaker could fight for the Central Area light-heavyweight championship in the future, which is currently held by Michael Stephenson.
“That’s really traditional if we go the traditional route. You would have literally started at the bottom and worked your way to the top if we could do it that way. Nobody would be able to complain about that.
“That’s sometimes the best way to do it because you learn along the way, don’t rush, have the right fights at the right time, and the majority of them are domestic brawls, which people also like. That may be the most effective approach at times.”
