Houston Dynamo have sacked their head coach Paulo Nagamura. The decision was made as the team is currently bottom of the Western conference in the MLS.
They were uable to win in their previous eight fixtures. Out of the eight, seven were losses for the side. This includes an embarrassing 6-0 loss against Philadelphia.
Having taken over the club in January 2022, the Brazilian managed a win % of just 27.59. In the 29 games he has been incharge, the club has a record of 8-16-5.

‘Dynamo 2 head coach Kenny Bundy will serve as interim head coach for the remainder of the 2022 season. Goalkeeper coach Zack Thornton will remain on staff, while assistant coaches Chris Martinez and Jimmy Nielsen have departed as well.

We wish Paulo and his staff well moving forward in their careers,” said general manager Pat Onstad. “Moving forward, we are excited about this opportunity for Kenny. He is a talented up-and-coming coach who worked his way up through our coaching system and he will lead the team for the remainder of the season.”
