The title charge of Liverpool resumes on June 21 with a Merseyside derby clash against Everton, with the men of Jurgen Klopp potentially just one win away from the top spot seal.
However, for their first game back, Liverpool could be missing a trio of key players as theclaims Mohamed Salah, Andrew Robertson, and Georginio Wijnaldum have sat out their latest training match.
The Reds are thus supposedly worrying over Salah, Robertson, and Wijnaldum’s fitness ahead of their return to Premier League action.
Also absent for the internal game was back-up goalkeeper Adrian, who may then miss this first return too.
However, Liverpool still has a friendly Blackburn Rovers coming later this week, giving each player another chance to prove their fitness.
With nine matches to play, Klopp’s side holds a 25-point lead over Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
