Napoli’s sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli confirmed that Arkadiusz Milik’s departure from San Paolo is nearing.
If he does decide to leave, Juventus might be a likely destination for the player as they are already targeting him.
The Serie A team are uncertain whether they will keep the services of the player.
“At the moment it seems more likely he’s going to be sold than he’s going to commit to a new deal,” the director told.
Speaking shortly before the clash with Bologna on Wednesday, Giuntoli confirmed that in the coming weeks the player, whose new contract ends next June, is expected to move on:
“Milik is a really nice guy, he hasn’t signed a contract with us yet and so he’s appealing to a number of clubs. It’s no wonder there are interested teams.”
