Zinedine Zidane recorded another chapter in the history books of Real Madrid on Sunday as he became just the third Los Blancos boss to take over 200 or more matches in all competitions.
Real Madrid’s match against Éibar on Sunday was Zidane’s 200th match as their coach.
Former Spain manager Del Bosque is second on Real’s all-time ranking, taking control over 246 matches between March 1994 and June 2003 across three spells.
Zidane might soon expect to reach to Del Bosque’s position in the ranks.
However, he will need much more experience to replace first-placed Munoz’s successes, who handled 605 Real games between 1959 and 1974, helping the club secure nine La Liga titles and two European Cups.
