Ladies European Tour: Players will compete for a record-breaking total prize fund on the Ladies European Tour’s 2023 global calendar.
The prize pool for the 30 tournaments, which will take the tour through 21 nations, will be €35 million (£30.8 million).
The Aramco Saudi Ladies International, which begins the season in Kenya the first week of February, has a prize pool that is higher at $5 million (£4.2 million).
In July and August, the Amundi Evian Championship, Trust Golf Women’s Scottish Open, AIG Women’s Open, and ISPS Handa World Invitational will all be co-sanctioned events with the LPGA.
The Aramcio Tour Series competition will be held in July at the Centurion Club in Hertfordshire.
“The year 2023 is going to be tremendously exciting for the LET because of our partners, promoters, host venues, and fans,” according to CEO Alexandra Armas.
“This year’s Race to Costa del Sol demonstrated the extraordinary talent of our athletes, and next year, with more total prize money than at any other time in our history, there will be even higher profile opportunities for our role models to shine.
“The LET now offers a platform for women to develop a lucrative career and realise their professional golfing goals. To improve the sport in Europe and globally, we shall keep up our efforts.”
The Solheim Cup will also take place in 2023 at Finca Cortesin in Spain, with Europe vying for a record-breaking third consecutive victory over the United States.
The Andaluca Costa del Sol Open de Espana, where the Race to Costa del Sol champion will be announced, marks the conclusion of the 2023 campaign.
