IPL 2023: Former India star Gautam Gambhir ordered the home crowd at Chinnaswamy Stadium to be quiet after Lucknow Super Ginats’ stunning victory over Royal Challengers Bangalore in the upcoming IPL 2023. Gambhir was fired up by the victory. Gambhir was especially passionate throughout Lucknow’s pursuit. Among other things, he was observed aggressively celebrating by banging the table.
After the game, Gambhir hugged many of his teammates and placed his finger to his lips to quiet the Bengaluru crowd. This is when the event took place. His social media image has gone viral, and thus far, he has gotten a variety of responses. Importantly, when Mumbai Indians visited the location for a match against the host team a few days prior, the same crowd made fun of Rohit Sharma.

Pooran and Stoinis enable LSG to defeat RCB by one wicket.
There was nothing short of an epic thriller in the game between Bangalore and Lucknow. When Bangalore batted first, Glenn Maxwell (59 runs off 29 runs) played a scorching knock towards the end of the game to help Bangalore post 212 runs on the board after 20 overs. Virat Kohli (61 runs off 44 deliveries) and Faf du Plessis (79* runs off 46 deliveries) provided a perfect start for the home side.
In the second innings, Lucknow lost three early wickets: Kyle Mayers, Deepak Hooda, and Krunal Pandya. KL Rahul, who had scored 18 runs off 20 deliveries, also went back to the pavilion. Marcus Stoinis of Australia, an all-rounder, rose to the occasion and played thunderous innings of 65 runs off 30 deliveries to alter the course of the game.
Nicholas Pooran assumed control after being dismissed, as the West Indian international smacked sixes all over the pitch, scoring 62 runs off only 19 deliveries. He also recorded the IPL 2023’s quickest half-century. He, too, was unable to complete the task because Ayush Badoni was now in charge.
The young man displayed great maturity by getting 30 runs off of 24 deliveries, but he regrettably lost his wicket when his bat struck the stumps while hitting a six. However, the Lucknow hitters were able to rotate the strike towards the end of the game, and they ultimately triumphed on the last pitch.
