Arsenal has confirmed Hector Bellerin’s loan move to Real Betis for the season. So, among today’s breaking football transfers, Bellerin moves to Real Betis on loan after football news cited him leaving Arsenal.
Hector Bellerin from Arsenal has had a difficult few years due to injuries. The Spaniard even missed extended periods of time in each of his last three seasons.
He did, however, play a significant role in the previous campaign, even donning the Arsenal captain’s armband at one point.
There were rumours of a mover away from his club, Arsenal, for Bellerin throughout the summer.
And now, just on the transfer deadline day, we can actually finally confirm his departure.
Breaking Football Transfers – Bellerin Moves to Real Betis on Loan
Hector Bellerin has long publicly craved a new challenge after spending his entire career at Emirates Stadium with Arsenal.
The only exception, of time away from Emirates Stadium, was a brief loan spell with Watford.
But this season, after agreeing to a loan deal with Real Betis, Bellerin will spend some more time away from Arsenal.
Betis have been looking for a new right-back since Emerson Royal, who has since joined Tottenham Hotspur, left for Barcelona at the start of the summer.
It is understood that the agreement does not include an option to buy, as was reported earlier in the week.
