The match saw a chaotic interruption with just 15 minutes remaining on the clock.
A rogue bottle flew from the crowd and hit the OM’s Dimitri Payet while he was taking a corner.
Payet, in turn, threw it back to the stands which led to enraged fans invading the pitch.
Apparently, after this uprising of angry fans, the match was suspended.
Elsewhere in Ligue 1, Olympique Lyon lost three points. Clermont equalized three-for-three in the last 10 minutes of their third Ligue 1 round clash against hosts Lyon.
The hosts lead 3-1 all the way to 80th minute, when the match ended up in a 3-3 draw anyway.
To everyone’s surprise, Angers keep gaining points placing fourth in the table after away draw with Bordeaux.
