Mauricio Pochettino, the coach of Paris Saint-Germain, says Neymar is making good strides in his recovery from an adductor injury.
He told a media conference according to the AS: “Tomorrow, we will evaluate the players and the fact that we can recover a few players, that would be a good thing for the match on Saturday [against Brest in the Coupe de France].
“Neymar’s progression is favorable. In the coming days, we will assess to see if he can be ready.”
Since sustaining the injury in PSG’s Coupe de France win away at Caen on February 10, the Brazil international has been out of action.
And Neymar is making good strides toward a return from injury next week, when PSG will play Barcelona in the second leg of their Champions League clash.
