Mohamed Salah is going to have the same impact on Liverpool that Cristiano Ronaldo once did on Manchester United, at least according to Wayne Rooney.
United’s all-time record scorer Rooney told The Times: “Salah is beginning to do what Ronaldo did with Manchester United, in terms of always staying there and not even going back to defending but just being a challenge even whether you’re a defender or midfielder playing against him. You’re afraid of him on the counterattack.”
Salah will be back in game when Liverpool comes out on the field for the first time in over three months against Everton on Sunday.
