Jose Mourinho’s shot at a 6th European title filled him with joy on reaching the Europa League final. AS Roma knocked Bayer Leverkusen over the knee over two games and afterwards all cameras were focused on Mourinho.
Mourinho goes crazy after reaching the final and even gets emotional for a while
Mourinho went crazy after the final whistle and even briefly became emotional. He then celebrated with the Roma supporters who had traveled with him and hugged his players.
Mourinho is a master at reaching finals, it seems. In 2003 he won the UEFA Cup with FC Porto and a year later the Champions League. Mourinho also won that in 2010 with Internazionale. The Special One took the Europa League at the expense of Ajax in 2017 as manager of Manchester United, defeated Feyenoord in the final of the Conference League last year and is now back in the final of a European tournament. It is especially striking that Mourinho never lost a European final and opponent Sevilla won six of the six Europa League finals.
Broja and Madueke laugh themselves to death at Félix during a commercial
We shift our focus to yet another rush of emotions. Perhaps, of much less importance. Despite Chelsea’s truly abysmal season, there is still something to laugh about at the club. During the recording of a commercial for game producer EA Sports, the Portuguese João Félix went quite wrong with his statement.
The millions of fans of the popular FIFA game series will be able to dream the verdict, because before you can actually get into the skin of your favorite players, you always get to choose it. EA Sports, it’s in the game, voiced by Canadian voice actor Andrew Anthony. Three players from Chelsea also had to record the same sentence, in addition to Félix, Noni Madueke and Armando Broja.
Only the 23-year-old Portuguese did not go so smoothly. Madueke had a good pronunciation, after which Félix blurted out something in his Portuguese accent that sounded more like ‘He, Hey’ than ‘EA’. While he was visibly disappointed, Madueke and Broja nearly died of laughter. Félix got a second chance, but completely in style with the rest of the season of The Blues. He also missed out on the rebound. Either way, EA will be pleased: it resulted in a video that has already been viewed millions of times.
