“As Olivier Boscagli will be on the sidelines at least until the winter break, we were interested in adding a left-footed defender to our squad.” PSV Director of Football John de Jong mentioned: “Jarrad has specific qualities: he is a player with a lot of height and he is physically strong. He has constructive qualities and is good at one-on-one situations. It is an advantage that General Manager Marcel Brands, who was Director of Football at Everton, knows the player well. We knew he could join us on loan for the 2022/23 season.”
“I am happy to be here. PSV is a very big club, which already feels like a family. The people make me feel welcome and the facilities are top notch. He describes himself as a footballing centre half. “I am tall and I am quick and composed on the ball as well. I also like to think of myself as a leader.”
