Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s contract with Milan is apparently due to be renewed. And Ibrahimovic will be paid €7 million by Milan.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Milan plan to speak with Zlatan soon, not having done so yet.
And the veteran is expected to be paid the same amount in 2021-22.
It seems Ibrahimovic will be paid €7 million by Milan. This is the same as his previous €7 million-per-season contract.
According to the newspaper, Rossoneri believes he has justified his wages from the previous year.
The newspaper also reports that the document would be signed without issue.
Ibrahimovic signed a one-year contract extension last summer.
Now, it appears, he will continue to play for Milan until his 40th birthday in October.
Ibrahimovic himself said that he was “confident” of reaching a deal with the Diavolo.
His national team return ahead of Euro 2020 this summer has reinforced his desire to continue at the highest level.
