Joachim Löw is set to leave his job as the head coach of the national team of Germany at the end of the 2020 European Championship campaign.
It was previously reported that Hansi Flick is the main contender to replace Löw at the helm of the German national team.
However, Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has stated that Flick will continue to work for the Munich club.
According to Christian Falk, meanwhile, Löw has often told him that Real Madrid are the club he would one day like to lead.
As the journalist reports, the 61-year-old has even been studying Spanish for some time.
