Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane has spoken out about the 2-0 victory over Getafe in the postponed match.
“Lagging behind Atletico? Our duty is to fight until the end. Does Ramos’ future affect us? Of course, it affects a lot of things. But talking about it won’t change anything. We can only continue our fight and, as always, play football,” said Zidane to Marca.
“I was happy with the way we played. We had a good game, with a bit different scheme, but it was good. We didn’t prepare much but we took the time before the match to discuss and organize everything and the guys did a great job. It’s good when a scheme we haven’t used before leads to a great game,” he said, analyzing their game.
