Carlo Ancelotti has responded to speculation about the Brazil job. The Italian has no intention of leaving Real Madrid of his own accord.
The name Ancelotti surfaced as a possible successor to Tite, who retired as national coach of Brazil after the World Cup. The Italian rejects that suggestion in conversation with RAI Sport.
“I don’t know what the future will bring me. I live from day to day. But at the moment I am very happy in Madrid. We still have many goals to achieve,” said Ancelotti. “I still have a contract until mid-2024. And if they don’t fire me, I won’t leave.”
Fernando Diniz is also associated with the vacancy at De Divine Kanaries. The Fluminense coach would be preferred by players such as Dani Alves, Thiago Silva, Bruno Guimarães, Antony and Neymar. Former top footballer Ronaldo also expressed his hope for Diniz’s appointment.
Sergio Agüero’s disgraceful conduct
In other news, involving a Real Madrid employee and South America, Sergio Agüero did not show his best side during the Argentinian festivities after the World Cup final against France. On Instagram, the former international of La Albiceleste called French international Eduardo Camavinga a ‘cara de pinga’, literally translated ‘penis head’ and in English ‘d**khead’.
Agüero (34) was closely involved with the Argentina national team during the World Cup. Even though he was not an official member of national coach Lionel Scaloni’s staff. The former top striker, who was involved in the incident with his bosom friend Lionel Messi and Wout Weghorst, was on the field immediately after the World Cup final to celebrate the world title with his compatriots.
The 101-time Argentina international, who was forced to end his career in December last year due to heart problems, then walked onto the field with a large drum and posed with Messi with the World Cup. Agüero and Messi lost the World Cup final with Argentina to Germany eight years ago.
In the dressing room, Agüero decided to lash out at French international Camavinga. Who came in as a substitute on Sunday. While the former attacker of Atlético Madrid, Manchester City and Barcelona celebrated the world title. With a drink, he called Camavinga ‘cara de pinga’. Why Aguero insulted the 20-year-old Real Madrid player is not clear. Earlier, the Argentinian goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez decided to make a comment about Kylian Mbappé during a party in the dressing room.
