Post-match reactions
Janne Andersson, Sweden coach: “We’ve got a number of players who haven’t played 90-minute matches in a long time. Danielson was actually spent after 65 minutes, but played for 120.
”Robin is a skilled deep-running forward, he times his runs well. He’s been injured now and was more of a substitute. The goal, which I saw now after the match, is a fantastic football goal.
”Perhaps it was a good thing for us ahead of Poland, an advantage, that we got to play another 30 minutes. So many of our players hadn’t played full matches for a long time.”
Czech Republic head coach, Jaroslav Šilhavý: “I won’t decide (on the future as coach). I don’t know how it will be. I’m against fur to deal with it after this match. I’m ready for anything. We have to evaluate it with the boys first, since our contract is coming to an end on July. executive committee and evaluate what and how,”
